About the Role:
We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to lead a high-performance portfolio across consumer and professional channels in the U.S. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both direct-to-consumer and professional marketing ecosystems. This is a high-impact role supporting growth within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the U.S. brand strategy, ensuring alignment across consumer and professional touchpoints.
- Lead the end-to-end brand planning process-from strategic roadmap through creative execution and activation handoff.
- Collaborate with digital, sales, clinical, and global teams to maintain consistent messaging and drive execution.
- Develop clear and compelling communications for end users as well as professional audiences including medical providers and specialists.
- Build and implement promotional initiatives to drive adoption, trust, and advocacy in clinical and professional settings.
- Create and scale end-user-facing materials, toolkits, and engagement events.
- Analyze consumer behaviors and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Use analytical tools to monitor brand performance and make data-informed decisions.
- Manage complex projects with a proactive and collaborative mindset across internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles within wellness, health, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Experience working across both B2C and B2B/clinical or professional channels; medical or aesthetic product background is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in building brand strategies and driving measurable growth.
- Strong Excel and forecasting skills with a foundational understanding of P&L principles.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
