Brand Manager, Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead Customer Experience for an exciting and high-profile opportunity within GSK's Specialty Business Unit, where you will be responsible for leading the brand omnichannel strategy, and using data and insight to optimise planning and delivery of HCP focused campaigns to support the brand.
This is a critical role within GSK's Specialised Respiratory team in the UK where there are significant performance ambitions requiring us to be accountable for impact, ambitious for patients and always do the right thing.

Your Responsibilities
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities, including:
Driving and creating customer-centric omnichannel user journeys via a thorough understanding of what matters most to customers
Analyse data to understand customer behaviours, needs, and preferences, and optimise content and activities based on personas and channel preferences.
Lead omnichannel strategy for all promotional activities, events, and engagements across the brand.
Implement new tools to support optimal omnichannel delivery and customer experience, including supporting and influencing segmentation and targeting (S&T).
Support the upskilling of omnichannel capabilities within the brand team.
Measure and report marketing campaign performance against objectives and KPIs, identify trends and insights, and collaborate with teams and partners to optimise spend, performance, and user experience.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills and characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of the ABPI code.
Proven ability to develop data-led strategies and omnichannel campaigns across various channels, leveraging insights to continuously improve customer experience and translate analytics into actionable business tactics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of producing high-quality, data-driven, and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated project management skills, including experience in Agile project management.
Brings high energy and passion to the job, influencing those around them, and building trust and rapport to create a comfortable and effective workplace.
Advocates for an iterative design approach with a strong sense of ownership and proactive advocacy for the end-user.
Open to new challenges and learning new skills, while being collaborative, curious, empathetic, open-minded, and innovative
Preferred Qualifications
Sales and/or Marketing experience within secondary care environment
Experience in biologic therapies and/or respiratory brands
Proactively explores new ideas, trends and opportunities(including processes, business models, innovative product launches, and how to best harness digital solutions e.g. AI)to drive business performance and futuregrowth. Inspires others to work towards an innovative culture
