For more than thirty-two years, Century Snacks has been crafting and distributing seasoned nuts, unique trail mixes, and candy throughout the United States. They manufacture both branded products (under the Snak Club brand for retail) as well as private label products across all channels. They operate in the City of Commerce, CA in a 268,000 sq. ft. facility and are driving category incrementality through their unique & bold flavor combinations and most recently, exclusive partnerships with the likes of Tajin, Hidden Valley Ranch and Hot Ones. Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading and project managing key initiatives for the marketing department and working with cross-functional teams to successfully commercialize new products, drive sales across our customer base, and support innovation and growth initiatives across channels. Responsibilities include leading the planning, implementation and analysis of key marketing efforts for both branded and private brand products/projects.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Co-develop, project manage, and execute the annual marketing plan objectives to achieve company and department targets
• Lead the development of the innovation pipeline by identifying new product and line extension opportunities through analyzing consumer trends, determining specific market needs and potential and building the business case
• Lead the cross-functional team (and external partners) to develop and commercialize new product innovation on time, within budget and in a collaborative way
• Develop sales presentations and collateral
• Work with sales and category management on strategic selling
• Support co-branded relationships and partnerships with our key partners as needed
• Develop and execute tactical and ROI positive-marketing initiatives to continue to grow and support the Snak Club branded business
• Carry-out qualitative and quantitative consumer research to maximize future product potential
• Work with external agencies and resources on creative briefings and brand marketing opportunities
• Partner with Finance and Operations to develop the P&L for new innovation, while presenting risks and opportunities to management
• Lead the packaging design process for new innovation and brand redesign projects as well as private brand projects
• Manage planogram images and sales team marketing collateral for each channel/sales region
• Lead trade show planning and execution.
• Provide ad hoc support for the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
• Food (preferred) or Beverage CPG industry experience required
• 5+ years marketing experience
• Must have excellent project management and prioritization skills and be great at multitasking
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills (MS Excel)
• Strong presentation development skills (slide & story creation) (MS PPT)
• Must be able to work fast and efficiently in a fast-paced role with a strong sense of urgency
• Great collaborator and previous experience working on and leading cross-functional teams
• Must have the ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
