Summary:

noosa yoghurt is looking for a growth oriented, commercially minded Brand Manager to join our marketing team. noosa yoghurt is a taste-led brand with high quality ingredients and a fun, aussie-style personality, driving growth in a growing and competitive category. We are a bold, results-oriented team that moves quickly, embraces new ideas, and always puts the consumer first. Preferred location for this role is hybrid in the Denver/Boulder area, but open to remote with some travel.


This high-impact role will report to the Senior Brand Manager of noosa and plays as critical part in driving brand and business momentum by leading flavor and pack size innovation, managing agency partners, and driving commercial excellence across the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and doer, with strong analytical proficiency, cross-functional leadership skills, and a passion for brand strategy. We are looking for a thought leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thrives at leading projects, has commercial orientation, and embraces ownership to drive the business and team forward.


The Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Be a visible thought leader and brand advocate across the organization, helping shape the strategic direction of the noosa brand and championing the role of marketing in driving sustainable growth.
  • Serve as the business lead for execution of flavor and pack size innovation projects through stage gate process, developing strategic go-to-market and commercial plans from concept through launch.
  • Own and lead relationship with Social Media Agency, overseeing strategy and execution of owned social, influencer, and community management ensuring a cohesive brand experience that delivers on key objectives.
  • Analyze business performance using tools such as Circana and Numerator, translating data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and business decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager and broader cross-functional team on annual brand planning and long-term strategy development.
  • Partner with cross-functional team to develop and negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and business models for external vendor and partner relationships.
  • Brief design team and agencies to design packaging graphics and engaging creative assets, grounded in our brand guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of CPG brand marketing experience, ideally in food & beverage.
  • Experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana (IRI/Nielsen) with proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations that deliver results
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects through the stage gate process.
  • Advertising/marketing experience, including working with and managing agency partners.
  • Demonstrated agility in a fast-moving environment and comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance functions to execute plans efficiently & effectively
  • Financial competency in budget management, P&L impact
  • Has a proven track record of delivering results, including innovative ideas and methods to drive winning marketplace & financial outcomes
