Position Summary:
Foxit is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to define and elevate our presence in the global B2B SaaS market. This role is for a digitally native storyteller who thrives in fast-paced, product-led organizations and is excited to shape a modern, tech-forward brand. You'll lead the evolution of the Foxit brand, bringing clarity, consistency, and differentiation to our voice across digital platforms-especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. This role reports into Marketing and collaborates closely with product, content, and design teams.
What You'll Do:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and drive a unified brand strategy that reflects Foxit's SaaS value proposition, competitive differentiation, and global ambitions. Align brand expression with business priorities, go-to-market plays, and buyer journeys.
Messaging Architecture:
Own and evolve our brand messaging framework-including our value pillars, market positioning, tone of voice, and narrative hierarchy-ensuring consistency across web, product, sales enablement, and customer-facing channels.
Digital Storytelling & Social Media:
Lead our social strategy with a focus on high-engagement content for LinkedIn and YouTube. Concept and execute thought leadership, product storytelling, and motion-based content that drives reach and resonance with key personas.
Video & On-Camera Content:
Partner with content and creative teams to storyboard and produce video assets. Comfort in front of the camera and the ability to translate complex software concepts into accessible content is a major plus.
Cross-Functional Campaigns:
Collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, and design to deliver brand-integrated campaigns that amplify launches, events, and ecosystem initiatives. Ensure cohesive look, feel, and message across touchpoints.
What You Bring:
SaaS Brand Leadership:
3-5+ years of brand or marketing experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment. You've helped build or evolve a brand in a growth-stage or mid-market tech company.
Content Creation & Social Fluency:
Demonstrated experience owning social media strategy and execution-particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube. Bonus: Experience with Shorts, Reels, or other vertical video formats for professional audiences.
Video & AI-Enhanced Storytelling:
You're familiar with the video production lifecycle and have a natural presence on camera. You embrace AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Midjourney) to accelerate content ideation, scripting, and distribution.
Creative + Collaborative Mindset:
You bring a blend of right-brain creativity and left-brain strategic thinking. You're energized by collaboration and feedback loops, and you're always looking for new ways to grow brand love.
Strong Communicator & Operator:
You have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You know how to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building brand guidelines or frameworks from scratch
Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments or developer audiences
Blog or editorial content writing experience
Experience with brand measurement tools or social analytics platforms
