Brand Experience InternHours: 10-15 hours per week, hybrid schedule
Compensation: Academic Credit Only
Reports to: Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Overview The Brand Experience Intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, working closely with the Director of Brand Experience to maintain brand consistency, engage with communities, and support overall growth.
Responsibilities - Brand Standards: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Asana Management: Review and approve Canva collateral, and maintain brand-aligned templates.
- Lead Analysis: Analyze marketing efforts and provide performance insights.
- Social Media: Support content management, posting, and engagement.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
- Ad Campaigns: Assist in ad submission, proofreading, and editing.
- Website Updates: Audit and update company websites for accuracy.
- Copywriting & Proofing: Write and edit marketing materials.
- Asset Management: Organize marketing files in Dropbox and TEAMS.
- Reporting & Analytics: Gain experience with tools like Welcome Home CRM, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Meeting Participation: Contribute to internal and agency meetings.
- Regency & Collateral Audits: Maintain promotional and sales assets.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various marketing projects as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a marketing or communications undergraduate program.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for branding and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (portfolio preferred).
- Creative thinker with innovative marketing ideas.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Willingness to learn marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Equipment Requirements Must have a personal computer; access to necessary software will be provided.
Interview Process - Application Review: Resumes and portfolios (if provided) will be reviewed for qualifications and experience.
- Initial Screening: Selected candidates will have a 15-minute phone interview to discuss interests and fit.
- Interview with Brand Experience Team: A 30-45-minute virtual interview with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Brand Experience.
- Final Decision & Offer: Candidates will be notified within one week of the final interview.
