Brand & Digital Marketing Manager - Creator Brand (Hybrid - Plano, TX)
Hybrid in Dallas/Plano area $65,000-$80,000+ DOE Full-Time
We're helping a fast-growing, 7-figure creator brand find a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager-someone who's as comfortable negotiating brand deals and reading affiliate dashboards as they are building collages in Canva or mapping out content in Asana.
This is a hands-on, strategic role working directly with the founder (a top-performing digital creator), with strong support from an operations manager and creative contributors. You'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across LTK, Amazon Storefront, email, blog, and social platforms-and owning the systems that make all of it run smoothly.
What You'll Own
- Plan and execute brand partnerships and affiliate campaigns (LTK, Amazon, social)
- Manage weekly content schedules using Asana and iCal
- Build ManyChat flows and automate key affiliate funnels
- Create visual assets in Canva: collages, Reels covers, story slides
- Manage the blog + email calendar, product launches, and basic SEO
- Coordinate with vendors, talent management, and freelancers
- Track performance in KPI dashboards and refine strategy based on results
- Respond to DMs, product link requests, and community messages
A Strong Week Might Look Like:
- Launching a new Amazon idea list based on trending searches
- Finalizing a paid LTK collab with a top brand
- Sending out a high-performing email campaign
- Reporting affiliate performance to the founder and making adjustments
- Delivering content direction to outsourcing partners for the week ahead
️ You're a Strong Fit If You
- Have 2-5 years in digital marketing, content, or influencer/brand management
- Know your way around LTK, Amazon, Canva, Asana, and ManyChat
- Have strong instincts for what drives clicks, saves, and conversions
- Can manage calendars, systems, and team workflows with confidence
- Are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments
