About this Role

We're seeking a multidisciplinary Brand Designer with art direction chops to shape and scale our brand across every touch point. You're a systems thinker, a versatile visual storyteller, and a hands-on maker-passionate about crafting cohesive, user-centered visual concepts and brand experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping and evolving our visual identity as we grow, helping ensure our brand stays clear, consistent, and compelling.


How You'll Make an Impact

Brand Expression: You'll help translate our brand strategy into compelling visual concepts across every platform, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, in-box assets, presentations, experiences, and even packaging. You'll help evolve our brand look and feel and inform every aspect of how we show up in the world.

Design Systems: You can develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across all brand channels and materials. You think beyond the asset-you consider how every piece of design contributes to a cohesive brand narrative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with growth, product, and content teams to create great content, campaigns and user experiences.

Art Direction: You're a designer/art director hybrid who can help conceive and execute creative ideas for ad campaigns. You're the perfect partner for our writers to bring ideas to life across all paid and owned channels.

User Experience: You design with a user-first mindset, ensuring that all visual elements enhance usability and engagement.

Project Management: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest creative standards.


What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, preferably with experience in both in-house brand and ad or design/brand agency settings.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums (we'd love to see content, emails, ads, digital experiences, and more).
  • Excellent understanding of branding, design principles, typography, color theory, UX principles, and layout.
  • Ability to translate strategic ideas into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing files for production across print and digital formats.
  • Cultural fluency; you're on top of design trends, innovation, and best practices.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
