Job Description

Only qualified Brand Design Production Manager candidates located near Dallas, TX, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Education:

• The role requires an undergraduate degree in graphic design.

• A strong online portfolio should include work produced for real clients that has been successfully implemented in the brand design space.

Skills & Abilities:

• Animation and video editing capabilities preferred.

• The production designer will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design and/or production.

• Possess strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and will work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

• Good understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensures flawless transfer of design content to design execution.

• Passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice, and technology, as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experience.

• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Fireworks, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint (PPT is part of Microsoft Office), and have a deep understanding of the production process for high volume output for both digital and print media.

• Ability to work in both a MAC and PC environment.

• Must be highly organized and enjoy juggling multiple projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• This individual will be working within the production department and with our Creative group.

• Must demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice, and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge, and experience.

• Be able to independently solve problems and take responsibility for the production of jobs as necessary.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• High degree of technical expertise in alignment with the core responsibilities and profile

• Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of ambiguity

• Solid communicator who is comfortable committing to deliverables and dates and consistently delivering on those Core Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and perfect digital files aligned with creative briefs and the brand guidance

• Execute asset scalability testing across the spectrum of digital and physical tactics

• Prepare files for print and digital production (test/set color profiles, asset resolution, naming, organization export settings, etc.)

• Design and modify PowerPoint presentations

• Create simple spot illustrations and iconography

• Develop graphic assets, i.e., wordmarks, logos, templates, digital and print collateral

• Scalability testing of brand assets

• Provide light image retouching and manipulation

• Conduct visual research

• Guide the design team through the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Understand brand guideline importance
