Job Description:
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Lead for Client Kids to join our WHQ-based Global Brand Management team, The Global Brand Management Team is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete .
This role will focus on driving the marketplace amplification strategy & execution of Global Kids priority concepts across the Globe. The Kid's Brand lead will be responsible for creating and managing our seasonal brand plans and always-on priorities, while collaborating closely with Geos and global functional partners.
The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and curious, can innovate with autonomy, is attuned to our ever-evolving consumer trends, and has deep passion for kids in sport.
This individual will also have a proven track record of leading with a clear vision and strategic attitude, thrive in a collaborative environment, be able to lead multiple projects, and be able to build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Brand Lead for Kid's, you are responsible for bringing our seasonal brand plans to life - work that will drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand, and strengthen our daily connection with kids and their empowering adults. Leading with insights, you will obsess how to make our brand, product, and services resonate with kids and parents while driving a networked offense across Global, Geo and functional teams.
You will:
Support and drive the strategic development of seasonal integrated marketing plans
Manage and foster collaboration throughout the go-to-market process to engage with our key cross-functional partners
Support an end-to-end process, with strong organizational skills
Compile and unpack insights from consumers
Overseeing product integration into seasonal programming
Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As our Kid's Brand Lead you will report directly into the Global Kid's Brand Director and you will work across a multitude of groups within the organization, across all levels. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical stakeholder groups.
You'll work closely with Kids Product and Merchandising Teams, Global Marketing Functions (Creative, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media), Men's and Women's Brand Management teams and Kids Brand Management teams across the Geographies.
In addition to building valuable connections with our internal partners, you will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships externally, including agency partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
5+ years experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing
Demonstrated genuine passion for inspiring and enabling kids in sport
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture with the ability to drive work forward autonomously
Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to influence and lead working teams and key partners
Big thinking with the appetite to drive brand impact for the consumer
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills to build strategic plans/presentations to lead a working team cohesively in the right direction
Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality
Strong written, visual, and verbal/presentation skills with attention to detail
Understanding of media and digital platforms, and creator-led content
