Responsible for supervising assigned departments and staff in a 20-bed hospice facility, coordinating home health care services, and formulating policies. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting clinical staff and leading clinical excellence initiatives. Assisting the Nursing Director with scheduling, payroll, and policy implementation. Education/Experience: Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum two years of nursing experience, with one year in home care or hospice. Supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications: Current Michigan RN licensure required.
