What You'll Be Doing
You'll be on the front-line with our trade customers - advising, quoting, and delivering top service over the counter and phone. You'll know your regulars by name, offer solid advice on the right products, and keep the sales rolling.
Your role will cover:
- Serving trade customers face-to-face and by phone
- Processing quotes, orders, and returns
- Recommending the right kit for the job
- Spotting up-selling opportunities
- Supporting the warehouse and keeping stock flowing
- Pitching in as part of a close, hardworking team
What You'll Bring
- Trade counter or merchant experience - essential
- Good knowledge of pipework, plumbing or mechanical systems
- Strong customer service skills and a clear, confident manner
- Comfortable working with numbers (quotes, pricing, stock)
- Reliable, organised, and ready to muck in
