They are a rapidly growing on demand staffing firm looking to open 98 offices in the next 5 years and are seeking multiple sales reps throughout Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina to open new markets in their geographic area selling on demand staffing- blue collar, construction, warehouse, skilled trades and hospitality. You will doing so with rapid growth with the opportunity to become a District Manager while gaining equity and annual shares.


Responsibilities:

  • Selling through cold calling
  • Outside sales
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Networking
  • Dispatching field staff each morning for open positions
  • Assisting in recruiting efforts
  • Ensuring recruiting team is filling position in a timely fashion with quality talent
  • Hire and develop team

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years staffing experience (preferred)
  • Will highly consider someone with experience working in restaurants, retail or sales associates
  • High energy
  • Money motivated
  • Hunter interested in staffing
  • Must be comfortable doing outside sales
  • Excited to build a new market and team around you
