As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our branch operations, leading initiatives that drive sales and outstanding service. You will oversee daily branch activities, including consumer and small business lending, while ensuring that our staff is motivated and equipped to meet client needs. You will have the opportunity to cultivate new deposit and loan business while elevating client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and training to branch staff, delegating daily operations effectively.
- Achieve branch and bank objectives through active participation in sales management programs.
- Actively engage with the community to enhance the bank's profile and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with the sales team to boost performance and foster skill development.
- Conduct outreach calls to prospects and clients to uncover their financial needs.
- Oversee sales of banking products, including Consumer and Business Credit cards, ensuring all services meet client expectations.
- Lead branch initiatives during sales campaigns and promotions to maximize growth.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations, safeguarding the bank's operations at all times.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements: - 4+ years of bank branch operations and leadership experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading a project, process, or team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and procedures.
- Proven track record in client service and relationship building.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities coupled with strong sales skills.
- Technical proficiency in managing budgets and utilizing MS Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Comprehension of state and federal banking laws and regulations.
Travel: Up to 20% may be required for this role.
Compensation & Benefits: - Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $70,677 - $95,622
