About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a fast-growing wholesale building materials company in the premium wood products industry, known for delivering high-end wood panels, flexible veneers, custom doors, and more. With a reputation for excellence and a global selection of materials, they serve discerning customers with tight timelines and exacting standards.
As part of their recent expansion, they're seeking a hands-on and adaptable Branch Manager to oversee daily office and warehouse operations in Orlando, FL.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to run warehouse and office operations from top to bottom, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Orlando operation, including people, budget, sales, and logistics
- Oversee warehouse activities: staff performance, receiving, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Maintain and reconcile daily financial records, including petty cash and basic bookkeeping
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and stock availability
- Utilize warehouse software for tracking, documentation, and operational visibility
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling, including non-standard shifts and weekend coverage as needed
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading trucks when necessary
- Collaborate with business owners and the team based in Pompano Beach to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English AND Spanish. PORTUGUESE is a plus
- Solid experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse software (e.g., WMS, Excel)
- Forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Experience with wholesale building materials, construction, or wood panels is a plus
