LHH has partnered with a Client in the Banking Industry that is hiring for a Branch Manager for one of their branches in the Kansas City Metro.
Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Team Development
- Lead by example in professionalism, service, and operational excellence.
- Coach, develop, and train staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
- Conduct monthly meetings focused on growth goals, policies, and procedures.
- Delegate operational tasks to Assistant Manager as needed.
Sales & Business Development - Make in-person business development calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement a branch-level Micro Marketing plan.
- Coordinate and monitor daily cross-selling activities.
- Make proactive calls to high-value customers to identify growth opportunities.
Operational Oversight - Ensure daily branch operations align with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee compliance with laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Maintain branch facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Ensure completion of audit and compliance activities.
Performance Management - Monitor and report on portfolio balance growth (deposits & loans).
- Track growth in core accounts and budget variance.
- Complete annual SWOT analysis and Micro Marketing plan.
- Submit timely reports as requested by management.
Benefits Salary: $58,000 - $70,000
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
