What You'll Do
  • Lead with Impact: Own your branch's success by managing Profit & Loss (P&L), driving operations, and exceeding financial and non-financial goals.
  • Inspire a Winning Culture: Maintain hands-on leadership, fostering collaboration, enthusiasm, and positivity within the branch.
  • Be a Strategic Powerhouse: Develop budgets, implement marketing and sales strategies, and track performance metrics to drive results.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Design and execute operational procedures that maximize efficiency and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate and Execute: Partner across departments, engage with customers, and align teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
  • Lead Sales Excellence: Guide and manage the sales team, building relationships that fuel business growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Empower Your Team: Mentor, train, and develop associates to unlock their potential, ensuring a culture of growth, safety, and success.
  • Be the Visionary: Set short-term and long-term goals, drive continuous improvement, and lay the groundwork for future branch success.
  • Prioritize Safety & Efficiency: Implement and maintain regulatory safety policies, ensuring a workplace that's always safe, organized, and thriving.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the region.
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Insulation or related product knowledge.
Compensation:
$80,000-$120,000 per year
