As a Branch Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting a dynamic and results-driven environment. Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay Range:80-100K What's the Job? - Responsible for planning, developing, and directing a safe, efficient, and high morale distribution operation to achieve results desired by the company.
- Collaborate with management to develop, analyze, and evaluate the strategic direction of the branch to increase profitability, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the Inside Sales effort and manage the customer pricing matrix to maximize gross margin and increase sales.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient shipping, receiving, and processing of materials in collaboration with the operations team.
- Directly manage Inside Sales staff and Shop Foreman, including recruiting, training, and evaluating all operations personnel.
What's Needed? - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and supervising in an industrial distribution environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing individuals and teams.
- Working knowledge of bottom-line business management with the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Strong verbal, written, mathematical, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is required, and verbal Spanish skills are beneficial.
