The Operations Administrator joins a team of corporate-based operations resources focused on

supporting the growth and scalability of Landscape Workshop. This person will report directly to the VP of operations. There will be two primary activities for this person: i) build the capability of the administrative resources within our branch operations, and ii) provide training and support to the line operations team with the collection, organization, and management of system data inputs that are of high impact to the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with new acquisitions, as a member of the transition team, in bringing new acquisitions and personnel on line with LW systems and processes.
  • Train and support administrative and back-office resources at the branches to effectively execute the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the branch.
  • Train and support the line operations team with contract administration and the use of Aspire, our corporate ERP systems
  • Assist with the onboarding, development and training of new team members.
  • Assist end users with analysis and explanation of product functionality.
  • Assist with investigation of user reported and internally identified system issues to determine causes and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with Exec team member in the development and facilitation of site level plans/roadmaps
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel 90% of the time
  • An ability to work productively with a broad set of team members
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to effectively present complex ideas.
