Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, proficiency in Sage, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
  • Experience with accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Ability to generate and interpret financial reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
