What You'll Do: Accounts Payable - Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure accuracy.
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing - Generate and track invoices, follow up on outstanding balances.
Month-End Close - Collaborate with our outside CPA to reconcile accounts and ensure timely reporting.
Financial Organization - Maintain clean, up-to-date records in accounting software.
Process Improvement - Identify ways to streamline and enhance financial operations.
