Body Shop Technician to perform high-quality vehicle body repairs in accordance with factory standards and timelines. If you're certified, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Repair damaged vehicle bodies and components to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
- Complete repairs based on written estimates and OEM guidelines.
- Identify, check, and order the correct parts needed for repairs.
- Prepare vehicles efficiently for repair processes.
- Notify management of any additional issues or repair challenges promptly.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in excellent condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Stay current on industry changes, repair techniques, and compliance standards.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of collision/body shop repair experience preferred.
- I-CAR training or certification strongly preferred.
- Welding certification required or ability to obtain.
- Proven experience with Ford vehicles highly desirable; ability to work on all makes and models a must.
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and OEM procedures.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Must have your own tools and a valid driver's license.
