What You'll Do: - Evaluates damage to trucks and partners with the estimator to determine the cost of repairs.
- Provide top-notch customer service with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work.
- Realigns damaged vehicle structures, eliminates dents, and installs new parts when repairs aren't possible
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve common goals and share knowledge.
- Repairs fiberglass parts, hoods, cab extenders and air shields.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Strong mechanical and body troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your time effectively.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry innovations.
- Painting experience a plus.
