Full job description This administrative position provides primary administrative support for the Body Shop Director and department. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities: - Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external
- Set appointments, open and manage repair orders, create invoices and close them
- Create and manage files in our (CCC) estimating system
- Update customers throughout the repair process
- Responsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables for the department
- Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet customers as they enter the collision center
- Data entry
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements - Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Flexible hours
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Professional appearance a must
- Friendly and courtesy disposition
- Previous experience with CCC and Reynolds & Reynolds, preferred
- Experience in a dealership environment or Collision Center helpful but not mandatory
