Location: Addison, TX Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $55,000-$70,000 BOE
• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate upon completion of onboarding
Role Impact
Join a prestigious personal injury law firm where your litigation expertise will directly influence case outcomes. As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in trial preparation, legal research, and supporting attorneys to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums and case summaries
• Investigate facts, gather evidence, and prepare exhibits for trial
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, organize trial binders, and support during hearings and trials
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completion
Minimum Qualifications
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA) preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Core Tools & Systems
• Case management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• e-Filing systems for court submissions
Preferred Skills
• Prior courtroom or trial experience in personal injury cases
• Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
