NP needed for Family Practice clinic in Williams, AZ
M-F 8 am to 5 pm
Community Health experience preferred
100% outpatient
Must have AZ license, DEA, BLS, & ACLS
15-20 patients per day
Will see all ages
2 years NP experience required
Paid Travel and Lodging
Paid Malpractice Insurance
Pay Rate up to $95/hr
