5-Month Contract Opportunity(August - December 2025) Perfect for professionals seeking flexible work arrangements. This contract position offers the ideal balance - meaningful work during the school year with built-in time off for holidays and personal pursuits. With potential for contract extension or consideration for permanent positions based on mutual fit.

What You'll Do (Making a Real Impact Every Day):

Nurture Growth&Connection:
  • Build trusting relationships with new families and students, becoming their advocate and source of hope
  • Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians with patience and understanding, helping them grow professionally while delivering exceptional care
Create Personalized Pathways to Success:
  • Conduct thoughtful functional behavior assessments (FBA) that truly understand each child's unique needs
  • Develop compassionate Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that celebrate strengths while addressing challenges
  • Design positive behavior supports that honor each student's individuality and potential
Celebrate Every Victory:
  • Track meaningful progress through careful data collection, celebrating both small wins and major breakthroughs
  • Use evidence-based ABA methods to help students acquire new skills and build confidence
Build Bridges of Support:
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists to create a unified support network around each student
  • Share progress updates that bring hope and encouragement to everyone invested in the child's success
What We're Looking For (Your Caring Heart Matters Most):

Essential Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification with commitment to ongoing professional growth
  • Experience working with children facing behavioral challenges and autism spectrum disorder
  • Completed 8-hour supervision training and continuing education requirements
  • Clear DOJ/FBI background and TB clearance
  • Dedication to BACB ethics and evidence-based practices
Bonus Points For:
  • Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certifications
  • Experience that shows your passion for helping children thrive
