About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement individualized behavior intervention programs for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skills Assessments) to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to clients' needs.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional guidelines as set by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
