Cogleap Center for Achievement has been a pioneer in providing effective interventions for children with neurodevelopmental challenges. Currently, we are expanding our clinical services to offer clinic-based ABA services alongside our Hope Focus System (HFS) programming.
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for helping to start up the initial ABA service delivery. The provides the unique opportunity to not only provide clinical expertise but also administrative support to the company. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, collaborating with administration, and helping engage community partners. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing supervision to RBTs, and working closely with families to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. The potential for rapid growth is available as the department grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, direct (when staff calls out), and consultations.
Conduct regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with administrative staff to manage client intake, scheduling, and service delivery.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and records.
Represent the organization in the community and with stakeholders, promoting our mission and services.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current BCBA certification
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ABA, including supervisory and management roles.
Previous experience with the EHR/PMS system WebABA and the data collection software Catalyst preferred (not required).
Proven expertise in developing and overseeing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and other professionals.
