Job Summary
The Children's Home Network seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its innovative residential program providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in foster care. The children served by this program have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays and disorders while also experiencing the effects of complex trauma.
CHN's unique approach blends the delivery of ABA and mental health treatment services with other supports in the child's residential setting to meet these complex needs. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, CHN's BCBAs help these children achieve stability and prepare for a safe return to a family based setting by supporting their development, behavior change, and healing from past trauma.
The program is ideal for ABA professionals who seek to maximize the impact of their work by serving our community's most at-risk children. Our approach focuses on naturalistic teaching and requires outside of the box thinking to excel in our unique environment.
