Creating and overseeing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and conducting assessments of maladaptive behaviors. Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. Monitoring and modifying BSPs based on data and progress. Maintaining BCBA certification and adhering to professional standards. Qualifications include a Master s degree, BCBA certification, and experience in mental health or social services.
