This position implements Applied Behavior Analysis principles at Pee Dee Regional Center, focusing on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:
Creating and overseeing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to address maladaptive behaviors. Conducting assessments and functional analyses to identify intervention strategies. Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in behavior analytic strategies. Maintaining BCBA certification and adhering to ethical guidelines. Performing crisis intervention and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Minimum qualifications include a Master s degree, BCBA certification, and relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include two years of BCBA experience and extensive knowledge of behavior change science.
