This is a consulting role, which offers flexibility with no restrictions on additional employment opportunities. The position starts part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs that is scheduled Monday through Friday within a 24-hour period. What We Need from You:
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Current BCBA certification with state licensure and insurance as required
Willingness to obtain FL DCF 45-hour training
Experience & Skills:
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA programs
Proven experience mentoring and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and BCBA interns
Strong communication skills for both remote and in-person interactions
CPR/First Aid certification required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision to RBTs and interns, ensuring accurate implementation of ABA programs
Conduct in-person therapy sessions and real-time supervision of RBTs
Develop treatment plans remotely and provide guidance via video conferencing
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for RBTs and interns
Mentor BCBA interns, ensuring they meet BACB supervision requirements
Assist RBTs and interns with ethical guidelines, best practices, and treatment plan challenges

What You'll Do:
Data Collection and Reporting:
Accurately record data on clients' progress during sessions
Remote: Analyze data and prepare progress reports for clients
Maintain detailed session notes and update client records as needed
Provide feedback and observations to the clinical team to adjust treatment plans
In-Person: Conduct direct assessments and observe therapy sessions for data collection
Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Follow all Touched By An Angel policies and state regulations, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
In-Person: Implement health and safety protocols, including PPE usage during in-person interactions
Remote: Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate significant changes or concerns regarding clients to the clinical team
Remote: Conduct telehealth consultations and supervision sessions with staff and clients
In-Person: Meet with families and clients to discuss progress and plan interventions
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a Level II DCF background check
Submit FL DCF transcript and BCBA certification to
Provide supervision to interns both in-person and remotely, ensuring compliance with BACB standards
