Horizon Blue ABA is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team across the five boroughs of NYCBronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island
As a BCBA with Horizon Blue ABA, you'll play a key role in creating meaningful outcomes for children and families. You'll be supported by an experienced Clinical Director and work closely with Behavior Technicians, parents, and other providers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Provide parent training and behavioral consultations
- Regularly review and modify treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, schools, and medical providers
- Ensure clinical quality, ethical compliance, and treatment integrity
Requirements- Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA & LBA (NY) certification
- NY Medicaid affiliation preferred (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical skills
