Providing clinical leadership and training for staff. Developing and reviewing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments. Conducting staff training and offering supervision to BCBA candidates. Requirements: Master s degree, BCBA certification, and two years of experience with developmental disabilities.
