Join our clinical team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with autism in our Day and Residential programs. Collaborate with staff to create positive learning environments, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and training for staff.
  • Developing and reviewing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Conducting staff training and offering supervision to BCBA candidates.
  • Requirements: Master s degree, BCBA certification, and two years of experience with developmental disabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
