Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess strong skills in behavioral health and special education.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support individuals with autism
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other school staff professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide training and support to RBTs on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate IEP documentation and records of students progress
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $55-65 per hour with experience, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.

Pay: $62.79 - $66.54 per hour
