Hybrid BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)

Work Model: Hybrid - Direct - 50% Remote/50% In-Person, Indirect - 100% Remote

Location: Los Angeles, CA & Surrounding Areas:

Inglewood, Gardena, Lakewood, Long Beach, Downey, Huntington Park, Whittier

Each BCBA will be responsible for clients and cases within their specific service area based on their home zip code. You will not be required to cover all these locations but will have a caseload within a certain radius of your zip code.

Salary: $88,000 - $110,000 annually + Monthly Bonuses

Your Role as a BCBA:
Design and oversee ABA interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in both home and center-based settings.
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide evidence-based therapy tailored to the needs of individual clients.
Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on client needs and behavior goals.
Collaborate with mid-level supervisors to ensure proper implementation of ABA therapy by Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Monitor and analyze data from BTs and clients to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and ensure progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families and other clinical staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification (Current and valid)
Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Experience in clinical settings preferred, though new BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
