Job Duties:
- Develop and oversee clinical programs and treatment plans
- Communicate with caregivers and collaborate with service providers
- Provide training and mentorship to RBTs
- Maintain active BCBA certification and participate in team meetings
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to engage in crisis management
