Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Brightview Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team providing in-home ABA therapy. About the Role
As a BCBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
- Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
- Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency
- Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homes
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in home-based ABA settings
- Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (eg, CentralReach)
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $75,000 - $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
