We are looking for a compassionate Bilingual Spanish/English Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
  • Provide direct therapy services focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Skills required include proficiency in applied behavior analysis, experience with developmental disabilities, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers full-time and part-time options with a salary of $175,000 - $200,000 per year, along with benefits.

Location: Trenton, NJ; willingness to travel 25% preferred.
