Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $83,000-$98,000 per year

What We're Looking For:

Master's in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification
2+ years of experience in ABA, ideally in school settings
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Familiarity with compassionate ABA practices (PFA/SBT, PRT, SEL teaching)

As a BCBA on our team, you'll deliver high-quality consultation, coaching, and training to school staff. You'll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who have partnered with public schools for over 15 years, using evidence-based approaches like PFA/SBT, PRT, and social-emotional learning to help students thrive.
