What You'll Do as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst:

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at our South Charlotte location, you'll blend leadership with hands-on clinical excellence, guiding both clients and clinicians to success.


  • Provide high-quality clinical oversight for ABA therapy services
  • Lead and mentor RBTs with a focus on skill-building and support
  • Conduct assessments and write effective, individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with families and team members to deliver consistent, value-driven care
  • Review and utilize data to inform clinical decision-making
  • Educate and engage caregivers through regular training
  • Promote a culture of excellence and ethical practice in every aspect of care

Qualifications for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field required
  • Active certificate for Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with the BACB
  • Proof of completion of the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Training
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic-based or home-based ABA setting
  • Certified in QBS: Safety Care Levels 1 & 2 for behavior support and physical management
  • Strong assessment skills (VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLSA etc.)
  • Passion for supervising and training RBTs
  • Experience using EMR systems (Central Reach preferred)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative work
  • Ability to remain organized while multi-tasking
