BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support children, infants, and their families in Illinois.

Position Summary:

Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'llbe responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.

You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA methodologies
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustments
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
Regularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA strategies
Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality outcomes for cases
Provide parent and staff training in ABA techniques
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Requirements:
BCBA certification given by the BACB
Experience with working with children with autism
