Join Our Team as a BCBA in ABA Therapy. Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a supportive, collaborative work environment with a manageable caseload? We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team at Wonderway and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with intake assessments and reports
- Traveling to homes and clinic, providing in-person and remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy
- Oversee a caseload of 6-10 patients
- Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
- Training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction
- Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
- Complete any other tasks required for patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Required)
- License/Certification: BCBA certification (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Alpharetta, GA 30004 (Required)
- 2 years experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
