BCBA Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Comprehensive Behavioral Assessments: Perform functional behavior assessments and analyses to identify the functions of challenging behaviors at a level of competency appropriate for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Develop and Implement Individualized Treatment Plans: Create and oversee the execution of tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes, utilizing evidence-based ABA methodologies.
Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and practicum students, ensuring the effective implementation of the individualized plan of service.
Data Collection and Analysis: Establish data collection systems to monitor client progress, analyze data to inform treatment decisions, and adjust interventions as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including OT, PT, SLP, and Music Therapy professionals, as well as clients' families and other stakeholders, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Maintain Documentation: Prepare and keep detailed session notes, progress reports, and required documentation according to organizational and regulatory standards for Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
BCBA Qualifications:
Certification and Licensure: Possess a valid BCBA certification and licensure in Michigan.
Experience: 1-3 years of BCBA experience is preferred; newly certified candidates will also be considered.
Availability: Available to work afternoons and at least three to four evenings from Monday to Friday until 8:00 PM. Willing to participate in a Saturday supervision rotation approximately every two months.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations in Shelby Township and Clinton Township and provide limited in-home supervision within Macomb County.

Pay: $79,151.00 - $86,273.00 per year
