Job Summary (COMPENSATION $85,000-$110,000 YEARLY)

At MTR Child & Family Services, our mission is to support and empower children and families through compassionate, evidence-based services. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, writing comprehensive treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a lasting impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS/AFLS, and DAYC-2
  • Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians/interventionists
  • Analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed
  • Prepare timely and high-quality initial, progress, and discharge reports
  • Collaborate closely with families, therapists, educators, and other professionals
  • Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
  • Provide parent coaching to promote generalization of skills at home
  • Supervise and mentor aspiring BCaBAs or BCBAs (if applicable)
  • Step in to cover therapy sessions when needed (Early Education, ABA, Project ImPACT)
  • Deliver Project ImPACT sessions when assigned
  • Create and facilitate staff trainings
  • Attend team and company meetings regularly

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Strong foundation in behavioral health principles and therapeutic interventions
  • Familiar with diagnostic tools relevant to ABA
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in patient care
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with children in clinical and educational settings
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach to patient care

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Must pass a background check (Required)
  • Flexible, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
  • Willing to commute up to 30+ miles when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common tech platforms
