The BCaBA collaborates with a Qualified Supervising Professional, Supervisor, BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Interventionists to deliver ABA assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with Autism and related conditions.
The role includes overseeing client programming under BCBA supervision, training caregivers, conducting behavioral assessments, and designing support plans.
Responsibilities also involve coordinating and evaluating functional assessments and behavior plans for clients.
The BCaBA must adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and state regulations in Minnesota, maintaining a weekly billable caseload as directed by management.
