The BCaBA collaborates with a Qualified Supervising Professional, Supervisor, BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Interventionists to deliver ABA assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with Autism and related conditions. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing client programming under BCBA supervision. Training caregivers and conducting behavioral assessments. Designing behavior and support plans. Coordinating and evaluating functional assessments and behavior plans. The BCaBA must adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and state regulations in Minnesota, maintaining a weekly billable caseload as directed by management.
