The Business Development Center (BDC) plays a vital role in connecting all areas of the dealership. Working closely with our Client and Service Advisors you'll quickly apprehend the inner workings of the automotive industry.

What You Will Do

Provide exceptional customer service through face to face interactions as well as phone, emails, chat and SMS/Texting.

Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills, assess customer's needs, and document vehicle concerns.
