You'll perform routine maintenance, respond to callouts, and execute small works across various client sites in London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct routine BMS service visits and respond to callouts.
-
Replace BMS controllers, modules, sensors, or actuators.
-
Review site fault trackers and complete minor tasks.
-
Prepare accurate site reports with improvement recommendations.
-
Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years' experience with BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium).

Proficiency in control panel wiring diagrams and mechanical plant operations.
-
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
-
Full UK Driving License and clear criminal record.
